In our commitment to make your experience of using Verbals better and more secure, we are excited to introduce Passkey, a passwordless login feature for your Verbals accounts.
With Passkey, you can enjoy a simpler and more secure way to access your account without the hassle of remembering yet another password. 🤟

If you have already added a Passkey to your Verbals account, you will be able to login with your exiting Passkey.
In addition, your existing password will continue to work, even after adding a Passkey to your account.

For our tech-savvy users, passkeys lets you to login to site same way you unlock your devices: with a fingerprint, a face scan or a screen lock PIN.
This eliminates the need to create, remember, or reset passwords, reducing the risk of security breaches due to weak or compromised passwords.
And, unlike passwords, passkeys are resistant to online attacks like phishing, making them more secure than things like SMS one-time codes

In the coming weeks, we’ll roll out this feature slowly over the course of several weeks.
We'll prioritize the rollout of this feature for our Verbals users who have been actively using our platform.

You can create passkeys on these devices:

You can create passkeys on these devices:

Search indexing is the process of including web pages in search engines like Google and Bing.
If you want your book to appear in search engine results, we have added the option to control the visibility of your book individually so that it can be indexed on search engines or not.
To check the settings for your existing Book:

<li>Select any Book for the list.</li>
<li>Click on the Settings tab.</li>
<li>Under Danger Zone section, you will be the option for &quot;Search engine indexing&quot;.</li>

Verbals is a platform for readers and writers that makes books and stories available in all genres, including NSFW content, while respecting our users' safety and privacy.
So, what does this mean for you as:

No two book stories are alike, so you can choose whether your book contains NSFW content or not in your book settings.
<h3>As a reader?</h3>
Now you can have a safe search experience on Verbals with our Safe search feature.
If you have created a new account, Safe Search is enabled by default. You can also change this option by going to your Account settings &gt; Personalise &gt; Safe search.

Today, we've unlocked an exciting new feature for readers to add their favourite or upcoming novel and stories to the library.
Go to the book page, and click on Add to Library button. If you don't have an existing library, it will ask you create a new one or just select any library from the list.
You can also manage your full library list, by going to <a href="https://verbals.io/library?utm_campaign=verbals+changelog&amp;utm_source=changelog+post&amp;utm_medium=post+link&amp;utm_content=Add+your+favourite+book+to+Library">Library</a> page.
